A pulbic hearing will be conducted by the Poestenkill Town Board on Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 7:15 PM regarding a proposed local law to define a "lot line adjustment" and "subdivision." The public is invited to provide comments on this proposed local law. Written comments will be accepted through the close of the public hearing. This public hearing was continued through to the March 21, 2013 Town Board meeting.
